**Technical Support Coordinator**
**Requirements**:
- Eng, Automotive Mechanic (INDISPENSABLE)
- Knowledge of guarantees minimum 2 years
- Technical Repairs
- Personnel management
- Advanced english
- Features:
- Coordinate the activities of Technical Support staff to assist dealer’s technicians, via telephone and Ticket System, in troubles with the diagnostic and repair of Suzuki products.
- Responsible for decisions to repair or replace assembly units.
- Provide authorization for warranty claims.
- Coordinate Port Actions activities ordered by SMC.
- Acts as a liaison between the technical support team and other departments, such as sales, product development, quality assurance, SMC, etc.
- Handle complex or escalated customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues with PROFECO.
- Report of Quality problems to SMC and send warranty failed parts to different foreign factories.
