**Job Purpose Summary**
Support billing operations and processes in order to ensure collection of account balances and accurate recording.

**What you will do**
- Process accounts receivables transactions
- Generate timely and accurate customer invoices
- Manage incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate records.
- Complete posting of cash receipts (including high volume) to customer accounts in AX (ACH, wire, lockbox checks, etc)
- Send out customer statements. Communication with customers to request payment, arrange payment plans, or address inquiries.
- Log into customer portals to upload invoices where needed
- Manage collections efforts and associated functions, including accurately recording in the system




- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
- Other related duties as assigned

- Microsoft Office
- AX System
- Great attention to detail with dedication to precision
- Ability to analyze large data sets
- High degree of familiarity with accounts receivable functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
