We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Supplemental Report Creator** to join our team. This role involves creating supplemental reports, analyzing cover letters, transferring case information, and maintaining activity logs. You will be a key point of contact for supplemental-related tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

**Responsibilities**:
- Create all supplemental documents related to assigned cases.
- Transfer and input case information into relevant systems.
- Log report completion and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with assigned MLCs and supervisors about discrepancies, missing documents, or complex cases.
- Conduct cover letter analysis and ensure tasks are completed ahead of deadlines.
- Manage and oversee department goals during absences or leaves of office, in collaboration with supervisors.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professionalism in communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in managing spreadsheets and logging systems.
- Strong English communication skills (required).
**Preferred** (but not required):
- Experience in document creation and case management in a medical-legal setting.
- Familiarity with quality control processes for reports.
