Responsible to manage technician personnel, follow up their career development and continuous leadership training.
Responsible to ensure compliance with maintenance and calibration programs for equipment and machines.
Responsible to provide resources to perform Workshop manufacturing process.
Continuous communication with Product development teams to share information and results.
Continuous improvement for efficiency of resources, team members and internal processes.
Attend Vehicle Integration meets to understand and response requirements of each vehicle platform.
Update of processes and documents and active participation in internal and external audits of ISO 9001.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree - Automotive Systems Engineering preferred. Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering. 2 to 4 years of experience related High knowledge about vehicles and components manufacturing processes. Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Troubleshooting and assisting in resolving vehicle issues. Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills Managing people and leadership skills
