**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases using TOSCA DI and TOSCA.
- Provide detailed reports on testing progress defects and overall quality metrics using Jira.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Utilize PL/SQL and MySQL to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement review meetings to provide input from a testing perspective.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.




- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase test coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of testing status and issues to stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in PL/SQL and MySQL for backend testing.
- Have extensive knowledge of Jira for defect tracking and project management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in TOSCA DI and TOSCA for test automation.
- Hold a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Display strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Be capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Show willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
