**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule medical evaluations and request necessary documents for workers' compensation cases.
- Gather case details and medical records from attorneys and other parties to prepare for evaluations.
- Handle appointment rescheduling requests and communicate changes promptly.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient operations and paperwork completion.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong English communication skills (required).
- Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Reliable transportation.
**Preferred** (but not required):
- Experience in scheduling, especially med-legal/QME scheduling.
- Background in communication, business, or marketing.
- High-volume call center experience.
- Knowledge of the workers' compensation industry.
