**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Designing & developing the injection molding Tool from inception to the customer approval.
- Provide design leadership and consultation to product designers to drive improvement in the integrity of the engineering design process.
- Maintain/Improve engineering processes pertaining to downstream manufacturing and customer documentation requirements
- Maintain expertise in CAD, ASME Y14.5 standards (GD&T;), Product life cycle Management (PLM) design activities, fabrication methods and rich knowledge on ASME Y14 standard series as well as ISO GPS standards,
- Perform audit/checking functions on critical design changes per procedures and guidelines:
- Legacy conversion of drawings, Creating 3D solid, surface modeling, and preparing Detail drawings, Assembly of Components and Creating Bill of Materials.
- Involved in Product Design and Reverse Engineering.
- Product Relationships Check - Product & Drawing Relationships
**Knowledge**:
Proficient in Machining process for Steel Molds
Exposure to Implementation & maintenance of ISO 9000 & IATF 16949.
Regarded as a technical expert in design documentation processes, including CAD, Tolerance Analysis and GD&T.;
Understanding of effective CAD modeling techniques and knowing when & how to use them (sketching, solids modeling, Assembly, Drawing, Surfacing, Mechanism Dynamics, Behavioral Modeling/Smart Models, Top Down Design).




Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance, ISO & ASME standards.
Stack up Analysis.
Hands-on experience in UG NX, Auto CAD, and good knowledge of Pro-E
Design for Six Sigma & DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly).
Design optimization (CAD geometry, Design Best Practices).
Materials and Selection.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree on Engineering or Similar
- 5 yrs experience on Manufacture of steel molds for plastic injection
- 5 yrs experience on CNC, EDM, Lathe, Grinding and Milling Equipment
- Proficient on PFMEA, Core Tools, Quality tools
- English 80%
