- ** Develop product performance improvements that represent savings for the company or solve customer complaints.**:
- ** Leads and manages research and development projects related to the engineering and operation of the product.**:

- ** Review and approval of testing methods, techniques, and equipment to ensure compliance with product standards and regulations.**:
- ** Conducts regular internal audits and inspections of laboratory practices, equipment, and documentation to ensure compliance with standards.**:
- ** Participate in the development and validation of new testing methods, processes, and protocols.**:
- ** Collaborate with external accrediting bodies, customers, and stakeholders to address quality-related concerns and ensure compliance with standards such as UL, CSA, NSF.**:




- ** Maintain oversight of the testing laboratory document control system to ensure ongoing compliance.**:
- ** Ensure the accuracy, reliability and compliance of test procedures and results, in accordance with established standards and reporting.**:
- ** In charge of approving the tests that are performed in the laboratory.**:
- ** Participate in the customer complaint resolution process.**:
- ** Prepare critical and key performance indicators/metrics.**:
**Requirements**:
- **Completed Professional Career: Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical or Related Engineering (Preferred with Specialty in Thermal Engineering, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics)**:
- **More than 3 years of experience in one of these positions: Thermodynamics Engineer, Project Engineer, Research Engineer, Product Engineer, Design Engineer**:
- **Advanced Conversational English.**:
- **Experience working in industrial refrigeration companies, heat exchanger manufacturers or heating and ventilation.**:
- **Management of work teams.**
**Knowledge**:
- **Commercial and Domestic Refrigeration Systems.**:
- **Operation of the Software Lab View.**:
- **Excel Package Intermediate Level.**:
