**Duties**:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, wiping, disinfecting, mopping, dusting, dishwashing, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Ensure all homes, rooms, and client spaces are cared for and inspected according to our high standards.
- Protect equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies.
- Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Handle reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of all consumables when appropriate.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety rules and be aware of any company-related practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper (hotel experience preferred).
- Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Intermediate - advanced English language.
- Drivers license (preferred but not essential)
