We are looking for a talented **Training Instructor!**
Work site: Zona Centro / Zona Rio
- Schedule: 7-4 or 8-5 pm.
**Job role**:
Teach new staff and operational staff the knowledge and skills necessary for the correct execution of their jobs, through teaching methodologies that guarantee an effective and efficient process.
**Specific functions**:
1. Provide training or knowledge updating courses, according to the program established in the training agenda.
2. Foster an inclusive environment where staff can develop, participate and request feedback, as well as clarification of material covered and position expectations in each course.
3. Supervise operational personnel during their training period and ensure that they carry out the scheduled training tasks with the expected quality, both in the training room and during their visits to the operation.

Participate and satisfactorily complete training for new campaigns to adapt content and manage quality training goals in courses subsequently taught internally.
6. Modify and adapt teaching material based on updates to policies and procedures of each campaign and requirements.
7. Design and implement educational tools and/or platforms that allow evidence of the new employee's learning curve to be stored during their training period.
**Requirements**:
1. Degree truncated or finished in: Psychology, Education, Pedagogy.
2. Schedule flexibility: Availability to work weekends / Availability to work varied hours.
3. Bilingual (English B2+ and Spanish)
4. MS Office Package
5 Available to travel between centers.
