The company is looking for a highly motivated IT support generalist to join our team. This crucial role provides day-to-day IT support to our North American employees and ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure. (± 60 employees). Our platform provides a holistic view of complex, hybrid environments and the insights needed to protect the modern enterprise, by collectively visualizes and analyzes hybrid and multi-cloud networks, providing full context and understanding of the attack surface.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive IT support to approximately 60±50 employees in the North American region.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including provisioning and deprovisioning of IT resources.
- Working with our vendors for shipping end-users’ equipment / Laptops.




- Communicating any issues or requirements with the IT team in Israel / Ukraine.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in providing IT support in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and software installation (Windows and macOS).
- Knowledge and experience working with cloud solutions - Office-365, SharePoint, Okta, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well and collaborate with other teams of various skills, sometime in different time zones (independently and as part of a team).
Advantageous
- Networking and Security experience, working with Firewalls, VPN, and other security products (AV, EDR, DLP etc.).
- Knowledge and experience with Kandji (or other MDM system) for macOS management.
