**What You’ll Do**:
- Cold-call leads, identify key decision-makers, and secure meetings for our team.
- Follow up diligently with prospects to keep the sales process moving.
- Exceed quarterly quotas by consistently hitting targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and our evolving product landscape to be a trusted resource for leads.
- Maintain a high level of self-motivation and a desire to continuously improve.

- Proven work stability and a track record of success in sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (experience with Zoho is a plus).
- A professional phone demeanor and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

**Requirements**:
- 12+ months of inside sales experience, preferably as a BDR.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Proven ability to open new accounts via cold calling and phone outreach.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (100% English fluency is essential).
