We are actively seeking a dedicated **French Service Desk Technician** to enhance our IT support team. In this role, you will provide **French IT support** and ensure efficient troubleshooting for our clients' technical issues, delivering high-quality **service desk solutions**.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming **service desk queries** related to **hardware, software, and network** issues in both French and English.
- Accurately document all issues and resolutions in the **service desk ticketing system**, adhering to best practices in **ITIL**.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems, enhancing the overall **service desk performance**.
- Provide training and guidance to users in both French and English on IT processes and tools.
**Required Skills**:
- Fluency in **French and English**, with strong written and verbal communication skills for effective **service desk interactions**.
- Proven experience in **IT support**, specifically within a **service desk environment**.
- Familiarity with **ITIL** frameworks and best practices for **service desk management**.




- Solid troubleshooting skills for **Windows, Mac, and network issues**, ensuring quick resolution in a **service desk setting**.

Desired Experience:
