Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Lead.NET and React Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, oversee the development process, and be hands-on in coding and architecture design. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices in software development.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and evaluate their applicability to our projects.
Qualifications:
Advanced English indispensable*
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a.NET Developer, with a strong understanding of the.NET framework and related technologies (C#, ASP.NET, etc.).
Extensive experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience in leading development teams and managing project timelines.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
