This position exists to support the site Demand Plan by increasing the flexibility and delivery responsiveness from our Suppliers.
**Play your part in our team succeeding.**:
Main challenges for this position are to manage the Categories needs and strategy in compliance with the local and global processes and engaging Suppliers on performing accordingly while is continuously pursuing value add.
This position seeks for Effective & Efficient Category Management locally which will increase productivity, moreover:
- Improve Compliance (Secure best practice on contracts and processes)
- Increase Value Add (Address More Spend, increase visibility / forecasting, include productivity savings)
- Improve Partner Promise (Be proactive)
**Core Responsibilities**:
**Sourcing**: To Understand the business needs and provides supply and sourcing strategies in compliance with product specifications and Category requirements.
**Negotiation & Cost analysis**:To drive quotes and cost analysis and breakdown for negotiation, price adjustments by cost drivers and to create a healthy competitiveness environment.
**Risk Management**:To Identify, asses, manage, and communicate risks by leading action plans to avoid/mitigate potential impacts from own area and linked to internal customers points of connection.
**Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)**:To lead Supplier Relationship Account by developing, evaluating and with a continuous improvement approach to the Vendors as responsible. Manage high complex categories that have full ownership of responsibility and authority such as Printed Boxes, Building Instructions and external manufacturing for plastic packaging.



**Capacity analysis & Delivery responsiveness**:To analyze capacity from Suppliers to make sure that the regional demand is covered On Time and In Full.
**Productivity & Continuous Improvement**: To drive productivity and efficiency initiatives internally and with suppliers, providing saving to the business and workload reduction.
**Project Management **as leader or participant.
**Market & key indicators tracking**:To obtain input from institutional sources and from Suppliers to analyze trends and variables that can potential affect the supply, material cost composition or the category strategy to adjust and ensuring supply continuity.
**Comply with the Procurement Processes related to the Supply Chain Security Programs (CTPAT-OEA) and FSC **through internal applicable processes and guidelines to comply with these Programs.
**Digital skills (Power BI)**:Manage and develop visual and interactive insight for analyze from own area of responsibility.
**EHS Related**:
Take ownership for the appropriate integration and / or implementation of the QEHS System in the operational processes of your area and ensure its efficiency. Assign the necessary resources for the management of the QEHS system in the area. Provide support, participate proactively, and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in your area. Follow the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to your area.
**Do you have what it takes?**:
Industrial Engineer / International commerce Bachelor or similar.




- 7+ years of experience within Procurement processes specially on BOM categories.
- General understanding of the supply materials via MRP within a Manufacturing environment.
- Experience in participating in Projects impacting the Organization within Supply Chain and productivity areas.
- General and local collaboration environment experience
- English Fluent Level
**Hard Skills**:
- **MS Office apps **(Excel in intermediate level mainly)
- **Procurement skills**:Category management background, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Negotiation knowledge and Vendor performance management.
- **Continuous Improvement Management**: Tools and methodologies applied in day to day business activities (Process Mapping, PDCA, System Map, Strategy Deployment, solving problem tools, etc.)
- **Stakeholder Management**: knowing processes and tools to classified and map stakeholders for a better communication strategy and set good relationships.
- **Risk Management**: analytical risk assessment tools management in order to set contingency actions towards achieving tasks or avoid impacts.
