**Your Activities will be**:
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, robust solutions to meet business requirements.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.- Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.- Lead adoption and integration of AI tools and models (co-pilot style) capabilities for our Agents.
**You need**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.**Advanced English communication skills (mandatory)**- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#,



or Python.- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.- Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies, as well as database systems and cloud technologies- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.- Extensive experience in solution architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing complex software systems.- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate developers.
