**Job Responsabilities**
- Develop, establish and document the repair process, through procedures, training manuals and work instructions.
- Maintain the repair repeat and bounce rate, down time, yield and scrap metrict.
- Keep the capacity model updated.
- Generate training manuals for each operations in the repair process.
- Participate in continuos improvement activities, such as VMS and productivity.
- Monitor and audit customer requiments fulfillment in repair process.
- Actively participate internal and external audits for the quality management system certification.
- Generate and follow up on corrective and/ or preventive actions.
- Keep the layout of the area updated.
- Participate in generating quotes for new products.
- Responsible for establishing and monitoring preventive maintenance plans.
- Deliver the calibration plan of their equipment.
- Cordinate the implementation or monitoring of the ECO, ECN and EOL processes of the customer.
- Implementation of poka
- yoke systems in electronic addressing system.
- Including all tasks or funtions not mentioned that are analogous and not limitations depending on the position.
**Special knowledge**
- Knowledge of 8D reports ability to design experiments.
- Extensive statistical knowledge, Minitab, VSM, PFMEA,



Visual basic and Autocad, Poka-Yoke development tool.
- Interpret and identify all types plans and diagrams.
- Implementation of 5'S.
- Microsoft Office computer packages.
- Times studies.
**Experince**
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in organizations focused on repair and diagnosis of electronic devices.
**Competencies and abilities**
- English language (technical and conversational) from 70 to 80%
- Ease of defining training methods and manuals.
- Proactive attitude.
- Sense or urgency to carry out activities and ease of working under pressure.
- High level of ethics and professionalism.
**Scholarship**
- Bachelor's degree in electronic, industrial, communications or computer systems engineering.
