This Job is in charge of one important section inside TEF6, they develop the Standardized Work activities thru Time studies, MTM-1 analysis and they balance the job of the operators in the production lines; they are responsible as well to create the operator instructions, capacity tables, Ergonomics analysis, Lay out development, routings creation and controlling.
- Participate on validations and installations of new production lines or equipment; this according to internal Bosch procedures (Industrial engineering WSR).
- Actively participate on new projects, in order to comply with Standardized Work requirements that are defined and maintained thru Time Studies and MTM-1 analysis, PGL, Ergochecks, etc.
- Creation and maintenance of Operator Instructions (PQIs), Standardized work, line balancing chart, Bottleneck matrix, etc. according to established formats.
- Time studies are developed with specific frequency according with CD-04603, Stopwatch or MTM-1 studies.
- Determination of IE standard times (VT/TEB). Put data in SAP by time management tool CAPP.
- Support for BP: Routings creation. Define VS allowance time, CT, number of operators (DOs and DNOs).
- ** Creation and update of Production routings.**:
- Responsible to perform Ergonomics studies according to CD-04605 on any place where the operator is involved (Ergo check + IGEL). Also responsible of closing open points and improving ergonomics conditions (Red and Yellow status).
- Responsible for line** lay out design,** development and improvement.
- Defines & acquires the accessories/racks utilized in the production line needed for product handling based on TEF6 procedures.
- Continuous communication with Value Streams (Daily management)



in order to understand lines needs issues, etc.
- Develop continuous improvement projects (System CIP) on the production lines according to business case define with the VS team.
- CIP suggestions follow up, implementation and documentation.
- Develop and train associates in **Ergonomics, MTM-1 and Standardized work** within of Method Room
- Automation, Digitalization & Simulation support.
- ** Implementation of internal and external projects related of TEF6.**:
- ** Productivity calculation and prognosis in a monthly and CF basis.**
**Qualifications**
- Ensure compliance to Quality basics principles.
- Promote and actively support Bosch Production System, involvement in System CIP Projects, Policy Deployment and Team Work
- Responsible for follow up of labor discipline of his/her personnel if it applies.
- Fulfill the legal and corporate requirements and regulations applicable
- Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to his/her area.
