**What You'll Do**:
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls, providing exceptional service and thorough follow-ups.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and attorneys, ensuring seamless communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including non-litigation legal documentation.
- Draft, proofread, and organize key legal documents.
- Update clients on case progress and respond to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Reside in Guadalajara or surrounding areas.
- High School Diploma or partial college education (your experience and determination matter more than a degree).




- At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Legal services knowledge is a plus, but not required.
