**What will do**
- Enjoy spending time solving problems at the detailed level, using the latest technical approaches and have a strong understanding of data requirements and capabilities, functional usability, technical design and software development;
- Provide innovative and insightful analysis that influences and guides our product teams and business stakeholders on how to improve our customer's online shopping experience;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights;
- Create and identify metrics from various sources to highlight patterns, trends, and opportunities;
- Help build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitatead hoc analysisand improve data-driven decision-making at all levels of the business;
- Work with business & technology stakeholders to identify solution options that will achieve business objectives and drive consensus agreement with actionable steps.
**Must haves**
- Minimum **4-7 years** of relevant experience as a **Business Analyst**;
- Expertise in **Google Analytics**;
- Experience in creating dashboards using **Tableau, Power BI, OR Looker Studio** is required;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical mind that is customer focused and has a strong understanding of customer experiences and preferences;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams;
- Proficient in customer insight tools like **FullStory, BizRate, or similar tools**;
- Upper-Intermediate English.
**Nice to haves**
- Familiarity with FullStory would be a great advantage;
- Retail Ecommerce experience preferred.
