**Responsibilities**:
- **Configuration and Maintenance**: Manage and maintain the hardware and software inventory, ensuring that all equipment is operational and up to date.
- **Problem Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring the company's operational continuity.
- **Security**: Implement and oversee security measures to protect the company’s information and systems from threats.
- **Support and Training**: Provide technical support to employees, including training on the safe and efficient use of internal technologies and systems.
- **Documentation**: Keep detailed records of configurations, resolved issues, and implemented security measures.
**Requirements**:
- **Academic Background**: Degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.
- **Preferred**: Course or diploma in cybersecurity.
- **Experience**:
- At least 2 years in technical support roles.
- Experience in implementing IT policies and processes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity (firewalls, antivirus, data protection, etc.),



including the implementation of preventive and corrective measures.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in operating systems, networks, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to efficiently resolve complex technical issues.
- **Languages**: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- **Location**: Must reside in Hermosillo, Sonora.
