We are on the lookout for a **Lead Automation Tester with Python**specialization to enhance our team.
In this position, you will utilize your technical expertise to improve our automation testing capabilities, ensuring that software deliveries meet high-quality standards. You'll play a critical role in directing the Quality Engineering team's efforts on projects focused on healthcare.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize Python to automate processes
- Direct the activities of the Quality Engineering team, establish priorities, and ensure control
- Provide regular updates to the Lead and Delivery Manager
- Supervise the entirety of the Quality Engineering processes, including the evaluation of user stories emphasizing business processes and comprehensive testing
- Create test cases and scenarios
- Follow established standards and protocols
- Evaluate test cases authored by colleagues and offer productive feedback
- Add test cases to the centralized test repository
- Perform test executions and log defects
- Present demonstrations at sprint conclusions
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable position
- Proficiency in defect management
- Background in healthcare payer, medical claims processing, and provider management
- Expertise in developing test cases and estimating test efforts
- Understanding of the full software development life cycle




- Skills in utilizing Python to deliver automation solutions
- Fluent English communication capabilities at a B2+ level
