**Position**:
FPGA Apps Engineer
As FPGA Apps Engineer at Arrow Electronics, you will be supporting Arrow's customers to enable their end-products and speed-up time to market. Projects may consist of small modifications to existing code up to projects requiring ground-up firmware development driven by formal statements of work.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- **Provide technical support to customers** by addressing inquiries, replicating setups, troubleshooting issues, and resolving FPGA-related challenges.
- ** Assist with design migration** between FPGA devices, ensuring seamless functionality and optimized performance.
- ** Collaborate closely with customers and internal engineering teams** to ensure successful design implementation and system integration.
- ** Develop and optimize FPGA designs** as needed, focusing on synthesis, timing closure, and performance goals.
- ** Verify and troubleshoot hardware designs** using simulation tools, logic analyzers, and other debugging equipment.
- ** Utilize FPGA-specific tools** (e.g., Modelsim, QuestaSim, Quartus) for simulation, synthesis, and debugging to support customer projects.
- ** Review customer specifications and provide technical guidance** to align designs with project requirements and best practices.
- ** Document technical findings and solutions** to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or related degree.
- Previous experience using simulation software
- 3+ years of experience working in similar role




- Knowledge in microprocess
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
- Experience with AI, Machine learning is a nice to have
**Work Arrangement**:
- Hybrid: 3days in office/2days work from home
