**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customer




- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as required or requested in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve overall objectives of this position
**Qualifications**:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have prior customer service experience (1+ year minimum)
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- **Bonus!** Fluent in Espanol
