**Responsabilities and functions**:
- **Test Planning and Execution**:_
- Develop detailed test plans and cases covering automated feature testing, regression testing, and load/capacity testing.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, document bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Manage test environments, data, and execution to ensure repeatable, reliable testing.
- **Automated Testing Framework Development**:_
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable automated testing frameworks for backend and frontend testing.
- Integrate advanced automated testing tools, both open-source and commercial, to enhance capabilities.
- Create custom test scripts in languages like Go or Python to automate repetitive tasks and scenarios.
- **Quality Assurance Leadership**:_
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with DevOps to streamline processes.
- Monitor testing KPIs, such as test coverage, bug detection rates, and execution times, to improve strategies.
- Lead QA initiatives, including code quality checks, security testing, and performance testing, to ensure high standards.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:_
- Liaise between development, product management, and QA teams to ensure alignment on features, challenges, and testing needs.
- Host regular discussions with stakeholders to review testing strategies and results, aligning with project goals.




- Provide technical guidance on unit testing, integration testing, and best practices to team members.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in software development and testing, with a focus on automation.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Java and C#. Experience with databases (e.g., MS-SQL, Oracle, Postgres) and scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python).
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, Postman).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex software issues.
- Effective problem-solving with a focus on efficient, impactful testing solutions.
- Proven leadership skills to mentor and guide team members.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
