Responsible of leading the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance processes of the plant, keeping availability of the
productive means within business plans. Manage the MRO inventory, supply and costs.
Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically, is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire
decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the

**Qualifications**
- Lead the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance processes of the plant, as well as the strategy and actions to support audits (IATF, VDA, etc) compliance for maintenance and MRO organizations
- Ensure availability of the productive means within business plans
- Manage the MRO inventory, supply and costs.
- Support the new launches to achieve on time, on specification, on budget (spare parts) for the site.
- Ensure the associates’ technical development and succession planning for the area.
