- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative engineering practices and technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Oversee the NPI process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of new products.
- Establish and maintain robust maintenance programs for equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- Analyze maintenance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, manufacturing, and supply chain, to drive project success.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in engineering, manufacturing technologies, and industry trends.




Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in engineering, including leadership roles in NPI and maintenance within the electrical, mechanical, or automotive industries.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
