We are seeking a proactive and experienced Training and Development Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring new hires are well-integrated and supporting the development of mid-level managers. The Training and Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training resources, developing training programs, and managing mentorship initiatives.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and mid-level managers.
- Coordinate training resources, including scheduling, materials, and facilitators.
- Manage mentorship programs to support employee development and retention.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development




**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the translation and language services industry.
- Confident and energetic presentation skills must engage others.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of empathy and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
