As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of new products by developing and maintaining a comprehensive Quality Plan. **Our Team**
You will be working within the OS (AOC) division at our GDL location, reporting to the Quality Engineer. Collaborate with a dynamic team of Product Engineers, Manufacturing/Process Engineers, and other key stakeholders to drive quality initiatives. Our team is dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring our products are at the forefront of the industry.
**What You Will Do**
- Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Plans focused on the voice of the customer.
- Facilitate risk analysis and continuous improvement through process FMEA reviews.
- Lead metrology and qualification processes for new or modified parts, ensuring rigorous measurement and statistical analysis.
- Drive flawless product launches by conducting process audits and reverse FMEA's.
- Ensure compliance with customer and supplier quality requirements.




- Lead problem-solving initiatives to address and resolve quality complaints effectively.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in quality engineering related to new-product introduction.
- Proficient in performing PFMEA/DFMEA and utilizing advanced quality planning tools.
- Solid understanding of SMT & PCB processes.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (90%).
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience with PPAPs and automotive customer requirements.
- Knowledge of statistics, with proficiency in using Minitab or similar software.
- Familiarity with lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
