**Position Responsibilities**
- Reconcile timesheets and pay-related data each period, adhering to company policy and national legal requirements.
- Manage payroll and reporting, ensuring compliance, accuracy and timeliness.
- Process requests related to IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot and local / federal payroll taxes.
- Calculate severance payments and administer company benefits.
- Evaluate and enhance internal processes using the Workday and Tress systems.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of payroll administration experience with knowledge of Mexican payroll-related laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Tress preferred. Workday knowledge** a plus.**
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**
