**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of IBM WebSphere Application Server.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Linux-based systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor system performance and optimize as needed.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and meet their technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Must have strong experience in Linux Basics.
- Must have expertise in Cloud Basics.
- Must have hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere App Server administration.
- Must have domain experience in Payer.
- Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments (physical & on cloud).
- Nice to have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.




- Nice to have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
