**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the administration and maintenance of Linux systems including RHEL SLES and OEL to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee the implementation and management of IBM AIX systems to support business operations.
- Provide expertise in Shell scripting to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust solutions for the Payer domain.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure mínimal downtime and maximum availability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and processes.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system performance.




- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for system administration and management.
**Qualifications**
- **Must have strong experience in Linux Admin (RHEL/SLES/OEL) to manage and optimize system performance.**:
- **Must have expertise in Shell scripting to automate tasks and enhance system efficiency.**:
- **Must have experience in IBM AIX Admin to support and maintain AIX systems.**:
- **Must have domain experience in Payer to understand and address industry-specific requirements.**:
- Nice to have experience in hybrid work models to effectively manage both remote and on-site tasks.
- Nice to have strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve system issues.
- Nice to have excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Nice to have experience in documenting system configurations and procedures for future reference.
- Nice to have the ability to mentor and guide junior team members to build a strong team.
- Nice to have knowledge of security policies and procedures to ensure system integrity.
- Nice to have experience in system upgrades and migrations to keep systems up-to-date.
