**Department description**:
The lead generation support will be responsible for connecting with others in a personal way to promote the brands, in both physical and virtual communities.
- Will be responsible for contacting, registering, and following up on potential clients by telephone.
- If necessary, generate new potential clients.
- Provide good customer service.
- Promote the product and highlight its benefits.
- Track leads in the system and schedule appointments for them.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and make and receive calls from potential clients.
- Recover the customer portfolio of those who visited the lots but did not purchase, identify the reason, and offer solutions or options to reschedule an appointment.




- Maintain contact with prospects through the appropriate channels, whether via calls or messages.
**Profile**:
- Year+ of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong computer skills
