**Job Overview**:
InVitro Capital is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on creating financial models, preparing in-depth reports, and developing high-quality investor materials to support the company’s strategic initiatives. As the backbone of the investor relations process, you will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights and visually compelling presentations that drive decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Modeling**: Develop detailed financial models to forecast performance, evaluate investments, and support strategic decision-making.
- **Report Creation**:Produce comprehensive analytical reports on company performance, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- **Deck Development**:Design visually compelling and data-driven presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Financial Memos**:Prepare detailed financial memos that outline investment opportunities and performance evaluations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Investor Relations Associate to align materials with investor messaging and objectives.
**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment research, or a similar analytical role.




- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced financial modeling.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
- Experience with sophisticated graphs and dashboards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, or management consulting.
- Experience edge of market research tools and investment metrics.
