**Job Overview**:
The Program Manager, or Strategic Program Manager, oversees and coordinates different related projects in a company to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. Their main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects, and developing programs and project budgets. This position reports directly to the Regional VP of Operations.
**A Day In The Life**:
- Evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses
- Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met
- Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
- Working with the operations and Business teams to improve strategies
- **Coordinating and managing equipment transfers between different locations**:
- **Ensuring all equipment transfers are completed efficiently and within budget**:




- **Developing and implementing procedures for equipment transfers to minimize downtime and disruptions**
**What will help you thrive in this role?**:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering or project management or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience with managing programs of similar context
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- High-level management and leadership skills
