The Cash and Trade Proc Rep is an entry level role responsible for reviewing and performing simple transactions in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to ensure transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the checker role for transactions and adhere to all required procedures and controls
- Provide assistance for all moderately complex operational processes as needed
- Participate in system and client testing
- Assist in training team members
- Assist with special reports and projects as needed
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and validate instructions received from clients through the CitiDocs System
- Assist with the areas involved in the operation of the contract.
- Verify and standardize processes in order to have a smooth operational workflow.
- Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to make recommendations to senior management to support process improvement




- Design and analyze complex reports to support/control activities and make recommendations based on identified trends and facts
- Minimize bank risk, and provide solutions to reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policies
- Manage, escalate and resolve all requests / inquiries / issues / errors and identify policy gaps and formulate policies to streamline processes
- Provide informal guidance and/or on-the-job-training to new team members
**Qualifications**:
- 0-1 years of experience in a related role
- Relevant Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
