**About the Role**
As an** Account Manager**, you will be at the forefront of driving growth by strengthening existing partnerships and establishing new ones! You'll act as a strategic partner for our clients, developing Joint Business Plans (JBP), leading key initiatives, and crafting innovative sales strategies to achieve Uber's sales goals. In addition, you'll ensure seamless account management, collaborating closely with operations, merchandising, and catalog teams to optimize our partners' success.
**What You'll Do**
- Lead commercial relationships for retail categories within Uber Eats, developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBP) while driving strategic growth.
- Manage multiple merchant partnerships through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with catalog and operations teams to enhance the consumer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators and promotional plans tailored to each category and specialty store.
- Oversee financial tasks,



including invoicing and managing overdue accounts.
**What You'll Need**
- Experience in **sales or trade marketing**, particularly in mass consumption companies and/or retail.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and sales skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Outstanding executive communication skills, fostering strong partnerships and teamwork.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to **identify, quantify, and execute opportunities**.
- **English proficiency is key!**
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Ability to manage multiple merchant relationships while ensuring attention to detail and swift execution.
- Proficiency in **Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets**, with a curiosity for reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Experience working remotely with international teams.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
