This role focuses purely on numbers and accuracy, ensuring seamless cross-checking and invoicing processes. No tax work involved—just meticulous attention to detail with data and numbers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform cross-checking and reconciliation of data across platforms such as Ringba, Everflow, and invoices.
- Generate and manage invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor and verify lead-related data for accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and financial data.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial workflows.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar numbers-focused role.




- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Ringba and Everflow is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
