**Responsibilities**:
Design, develop, and implement advanced Salesforce solutions utilizing core Salesforce development tools and Omnistudio.
Lead the development of customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies, to address business requirements for financial services.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Develop and maintain custom code, configuration, and enhancements in alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards in the financial sector.
Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to ensure Salesforce solutions' reliability, scalability, and security.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions within the financial services domain.




**Requirements**:
Extensive experience with core Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architectural framework and best practices for development and integration.
Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, with a focus on performance and scalability.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
Experience in mentoring and leading junior developers, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
