- Conocimiento en cadena de suministro (manejo de material en piso, control de producción, cómo funciona materiales)
- Experiência en la industria automotriz (manufactura, materiales)
- Conocimientos y enfoque en seguridad
- Liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos.
- Planeación estratégica.
- Resolución de problemas.
- Ingles intermedio-Avanzado.
