Role Responsibilities:
- Standard Cost Update based on the requirements of the operations and/or procurement team)- Standard Cost calculation and activation of new products (set up configuration into Oracle system).- Support monthly and annual inventory revaluation.- Leads close activities for the company to accurately report results within the closing cycle.- Support internal stakeholders to make effective business decisions with historical data.- Prepare inventory reconciliation.- Leads internal and external audits.- Indicators Report to Ops team such as (earned hours, inventory level, EHR, manufacturing expense, etc.).- Handles journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations.- Ensure compliance to applicable accounting guidelines, polices, and internal control procedures.




Required Qualifications:
- Accounting or Business Administration bachelor’s degree.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)- 1-3 years’ experience in Finance.- Must possess analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate financial impacts of decisions.- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Eagerness to learn and improve processes.- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.- English 70% spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing and automotive industry experience.- Experience at Oracle R12 management, Oracle BI, and Tableau.
