Main responsabilities:
- Strategically coordinate with the team each opportunity for customer visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and seeking to grow our business.
- Design, preparation and presentation of results by your team to certain clients with the objective of being part of their future strategic vision and increasing our business.
- Carry out customer service measurements and ensure that action plans are developed to improve the customer experience and/or revenue.
- Increase billing of existing clients through cross-selling, either by increasing volume in their current services or adding new services.
- Ensure communication and the corresponding documentation with each client regarding annual increase quotes
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
Education: Marketing, International Business,



Industrial Engineering (or similar)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in leadership positions in Sales and/or Customer Service teams
Knowledge: Sales, budgets, numerical analysis, growth strategy with current clients, customer service
English: advanced (business conversation)
Others: Visa (essential), Sentri (desirable)
