Join our dynamic Ethics and Privacy Enablement & Innovation Centre, where you'll report to the Risk, Operations and Data Lead. In this pivotal role, you'll handle the technical aspects of projects, guide compliance and privacy programs, and drive continuous improvement. You'll have the autonomy to lead initiatives and deliver high-quality results, with opportunities to benchmark standard methodologies and innovate.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- ** Centralized Compliance Reporting Oversight**: Partner with GBS and IT teams to streamline processes and build impactful compliance reports. Align projects with our long-term digital strategy, developing performance indicators to tell compelling stories with data insights.
- ** Improved Privacy Reporting & Risk Indicators**: Collaborate on the evolution of our PIA dashboard, influencing risk assessment strategies and bringing to bear external insights for continuous enhancement.
- ** Compliance Projects Leadership**: Lead improvement projects across the General Ethics and Compliance function,
orchestrating initiatives like the Distributor Management Framework and HCP Dashboard.
**Essential Skills/Experience**
- Experience in managing compliance/privacy programs
- In depth compliance and privacy knowledge within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication skills and data interpretation abilities
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
- High ethical standards and trustworthiness
