**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform research and evaluate all functions to develop efficient processes and ensure compliance with all standards.
- Perform data and code analysis, design solutions, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Report errors and code defects, collaborate to prioritize fixes and validate solutions.
- Participate in de-escalation plans and situation war rooms to resolve critical product issues impacting customer business operations.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Experience in two or more Oracle EBS Support/Rollouts/Integration Projects, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, procurement functions, and shared services teams.
- Proficiency in writing PL/SQL, Oracle packages, hierarchical queries, cursors, procedures/functions, workflows, and triggers.
- Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and key integration points, work multi-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and understand the challenges faced by implementation teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with management and business partners.
- Driven and self-motivated,



with the ability to work creatively to solve challenging problems.
- Multitasking ability is crucial to handle multiple priorities with mínimal direction from management.
- Proven intellectual and analytical rigor, good attention to detail, team-oriented, energetic, collaborative, and flexible style.
**Requirement**:
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle packages, hierarchical queries, cursors, procedures/functions, workflows, and triggers.
- **Responsibilities**: Design and develop technology solutions using Oracle EBS Reports and Forms, provide technical guidance and ensure solutions are scalable and secure.
- **Collaboration**: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, and support development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Problem-Solving**: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conduct code reviews, and stay updated with industry trends.
