**Position**: Full-Time Preschool English Teacher
**Ages**: 1-5 years old

**What We’re Looking For**
**Responsibilities**
- **Create an immersive English-language environment** where children develop communication skills naturally.
- **Plan and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate activities** that integrate language learning with **art, music, movement, storytelling, and play**.
- Encourage **self-expression, creativity, and problem-solving** while supporting early literacy and language development.
- Adapt lessons to accommodate **different learning styles and developmental levels**.
- Collaborate with a dynamic teaching team to ensure **holistic, interdisciplinary learning experiences**.
- Document children’s progress and communicate with families in a way that celebrates each child's unique journey.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent English speaker** (native or near-native proficiency).
- Experience teaching **preschool-aged children (1-5 years old)** in an engaging, play-based environment.
- Passion for **child-centered education** and innovative teaching methodologies.




- Ability to **integrate language learning with hands-on, creative, and exploratory activities**.
- Strong communication skills and a **warm, energetic presence**.
- Familiarity with **project-based learning**, inquiry-based education, or the Reggio Emilia approach is a plus.
- Openness to using **technology, AI, and interdisciplinary methods** to enhance learning experiences.
