**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage production scheduling and planning.
- Lead the planning board and coordinate planning activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of production planning and adjust as needed.
- Monitor adherence to the production plan and address any deviations.
- Prepare and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to your area.
- Support and resolve issues related to orders with system conflicts or IT-related challenges.
- Monitor and manage expired (aged) units, assist with Work-In-Progress (WIP) control, and oversee inventory management.
- Perform additional tasks or functions as required that are analogous to the role and position.
- Actively participate in achieving and maintaining relevant standards certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
**Special Knowledge**:
- Understanding of International ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of planning and administrative processes.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,



preferably within organizations focused on electronic equipment.

**Education**:
