The Financial Analyst, Associate will support daily operations of the Finance team by generating financial analysis, managing their budgets and conducting ongoing analytical projects to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
**What you will be doing**:
- Assist operations with forecast and long-range plan while providing recommendations.
- Constructing and managing budgets by directly interfacing with the business’ senior management team.
- Participates in ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
- Handling finance related inquiries from internal and external contacts.
- Support month end and quarter end close processes.
- Analyzing financial and operational performance, including ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
- Support the compilation of monthly forecasts for various functions.
- Drives the development & documentation of procedures and best practices in accounting and related areas.
- Help to providing weekly bookings forecast/pipeline reports.
**What you will bring**:
- Ability to pull data from multiple sources and standardize reports
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-framing and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 2+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
