To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:




- As a test specialist Business Transformation you will be leading testing activities including planning, execution, and monitoring of functional and Non-Functional testing phases in a multi release set up.
- Part of the central test management team and closely collaborate with functional and technical teams across the business transformation integral program.
- Support in developing and communicating test principles and standards to testing teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate different test phases (FT/SIT/UAT/Regression Test etc.) in a cross-functional environment.
- Collect test metrics and report to stakeholders regularly to identify and mitigate risks on test progress.
