If you are ready to join our team, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative
Your role:
- Review demand and send orders to customers
- Ensure customer requirements are met within the required timeframe.
- Check reports daily and communicate with departments.
- Analyze customer variances from releases on a daily basis and send priorities to production supervisors and planner as needed.
- Respond to customer in case of conflict with current plans.
- Notify material analysts of changes.
- Monitor/measure customer demand variance as well as consider appropriate stock.
What is needed?
- Strong experience in problem solving, customer management,



and effective communication.
- Execution and promotion of leadership within and outside the team.
- Project management + advanced knowledge of Windows Office.
- High initiative, proactivity, and sense of urgency.
- Team building and collaboration.
- Completed engineering or bachelor's degree
- Conversational English essential
