Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science - Excellent communication and negotiations skills. - Experience in building executive level internal and external relationships and in influencing cross-functional teams. - A business focused way of thinking and a strong hands-on, results oriented mentality combined with ability to work strategically. - Highly analytical skill set with aptitude for figures and data-driven argumentation. Very good Excel skills are required - Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
- In-stock or supply chain experience at a senior level ideally in an e-commerce, retail, key account management or in a major consultancy firm.
- Operational buying, in-stock and supply chain management experience
- Working in a start-up or early stage environment where you will be defining best practice for your function
- Experience with SQL is a strong plus
- MBA Preferred
